  • Inspection & Eligibility: Services proceed only if your roof passes a health/eligibility check (e.g., shingle condition, structural suitability, safety access).
  • Scheduling: Dates are subject to weather and safety conditions. We may adjust appointment times with reasonable notice.
  • Change Orders: If conditions on site differ from what was disclosed or expected, we may issue a revised scope and price for your approval before proceeding.

4. Payment Terms

  • Due Dates: Unless otherwise stated on your invoice or service agreement, payment is due upon completion of services.
  • Methods: We may accept cash, card, e-transfer, or other approved methods listed on the invoice.

  • Any photos, videos, or testimonials shown on the Site are illustrative and not guarantees of outcome.
